At NCW Consulting we keep the process simple for all our candidates. We want to find you the right opportunity for you, not waste your time.

There are two major ways we work with our applicants:

Firstly, you can apply for jobs either found on our website or via the other many forms of advertising we do on behalf of our clients OR you can simply forward your CV to us for our records. As soon as we find a position which we believe may be suitable for you we will get in contact to discuss it in detail and inform you of the next steps.

Secondly, if we believe we can be more proactive on your behalf then we will contact you to discuss specific strategies we can put into place to try and generate your perfect job.

Once we have contacted you to discuss one of the above methods we then consider you as an "active applicant" - this means we are actively working on your behalf and will keep you updated at all stages of the process.

Every position that we recruit for would mean you would have a contract with the company in which you are placed, whether this be permanently or on an interim /freelance basis, so at no point would you receive your pay cheque from NCW Consulting - thus making our advice and our service to you honest and in best faith at every stage of the process.

It really is that simple - no forms, no registration interviews, no pointless calls, just a to the point and relevant service.
